sometimes i see people with homestuck quadrants in their bios and i wonder if they really believe that stuff or if they're doing it for fun

i think some people misunderstand what specific quadrants mean

and that trolls are very specifcally written in text as a violent species

so they don't kill people

until gamzee goes nuts (via manipulation from lil cal) and karkat in turn pacifies HIM

but i see people with like diamonds in their bio (diamonds are the moirallegience sign) and i kind of have to wonder if they either

don't know what it means

in the epilogue chapter zhen (main character, former juggalo homestuck revolution leader, current married to wife yaoihead(?)) is reflecting on joculine (former acquaintance, (joculine attempted a to have kismesissitude (hate spades mortal enemies that make out relationship) between her and zhen) continues to try to get zhen to notice her to no avail, zhen eventually has to old yeller her because she becomes a problem to her clown revolution)

and she says "actually its the only thing about this that makes me feel kinda sad about her. all that posturing and conniving… i think the only explanation is she just liked me the whole time, and wanted me to notice her. or maybe more like… hate-liked me? bear in mind the fandoms we used to roll in were pretty wack, and gave us all some weird ideas about human interaction and romance"
